I'm an Icelandic author who divides her time between Iceland and the United States. I write in both Icelandic and English, drawing inspiration from both countries. I'm drawn to character-driven stories that blend humor, emotional depth, and just enough suspense to keep the pages turning. My Icelandic novels have all been shortlisted for the Storytel Awards, and my debut English novel, A Fool's Guide to Falling, marks the beginning of a new chapter in my writing career. When I'm not writing, you'll usually find me hiking, traveling, or curled up with a good book.
